Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before using Repria.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Repria. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Repria.

2. Service Description

Repria is a SaaS control plane for creators and influencer teams to manage configuration, workflows, and visibility for AI Brand Manager operations. Repria does not itself execute LLM prompt operations; AI orchestration is handled by related backend services.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by team members you authorize.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Repria to violate law, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, or transmit malicious content. We may suspend access for abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Repria may integrate with third-party services such as Instagram/Meta APIs and payment providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. Repria is not responsible for outages, API limits, or policy changes by third parties.

6. Billing and Subscription

Paid plans renew according to the selected billing cycle unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for taxes and payment method accuracy.

7. Data and Content

You retain ownership of your content and account data. You grant Repria the rights necessary to host, process, and display that data solely to operate and improve the service.

8. Intellectual Property

Repria, including software, branding, interface design, and documentation, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the service except as permitted by law.

9. Disclaimers

Repria is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, specific business outcomes, or that opportunities surfaced by related services will result in completed collaborations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Repria and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

11. Termination

You may stop using Repria at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk to the platform, or where required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
